Engineers have applied a fix, and after a period of monitoring, we are considering this issue resolved. The issue began at 3:17 AM PDT and was resolved at 10:30 AM PDT. A Root Cause Analysis will be posted to the status page within 7-10 business days of resolution.

EU Production environment is currently experiencing some latency issues. Clients with LXP portals within this environment may encounter slowness in accessing the platform.
