Resolved

On 03/25/2025 05:00 PM PT the CSOD engineering team observed that APAC customers could not access the report from the following URL: edgraphausoutheast1prod01.cloud.looker.com.
The issue was identified as being related to the Looker service.
The underlying issue has been addressed, and normal access to the report has been restored on 03/25/2025 06:15 PM PT.
The RCA will be provided within 7-10 days.
