System Unavailability – LXP Unavailable for US West

Resolved

The CSOD Technology Team observed the system unavailability affecting LXP for US West region, which has now been resolved. The problem began on 11 Jan 2:00 AM Pacific Time and was resolved by 11 Jan 9:00 pm Pacific Time. During this time LXP environment was not accessible.

CSOD team have taken necessary steps to restore the system availability.

A fix has been implemented and all services have been restored to normal operation. We have verified system stability and are continuing to monitor performance closely. The RCA for the issue will be shared within 7 to 10 business days.

We understand the impact this outage may have caused and sincerely apologize for the disruption.
