Resolved

The CSOD Technology Team observed the System Latency affecting LXP for GCP Asia region, which has now been resolved. The issue began on 19 Jan 8:34 pm PST and was resolved by 19 Jan 9:20 pm PST.

CSOD team have taken necessary steps to restore the system availability and had been actively monitoring the system for the past 9 days.

A fix has been implemented and all services have been restored to normal operation. We have verified system stability and are continuing to monitor performance closely. The RCA for the issue will be shared within 7 to 10 business days.

We understand the impact this outage may have caused and sincerely apologize for the disruption.

The performance issue with the GCP ASIA swimlane has been resolved, and the sites are now loading as expected. We are currently monitoring the environments to ensure continued stability.
